TERMS OF SERVICE — NORTHPIX
Northpix is a trade name of Brightnest Studios AB, org.nr 559272-4339, Kyrkogatan 16, 972 32 Luleå, Sweden, VAT SE559272433901.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
You are buying a licence to use an image or video file, not ownership of the file. Copyright remains with the creator. The licence you buy is stated in your order: Internal or Commercial. Custom licences are handled by quote and not by purchase in the store.
The full terms of the licence are set out in the Northpix Licence Agreement at https://northpix.se/pages/pricing and form part of these terms of service. By accepting these terms of service you accept the Licence Agreement for the licence you selected. Where these terms and the Licence Agreement differ on the scope of the licence, the Licence Agreement applies.
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ONLY
Northpix sells to businesses and other legal entities acting for purposes relating to their trade or profession. Prices are stated excluding VAT for that reason. Orders are not intended for consumers. Where a purchase is nevertheless made by a consumer, mandatory consumer protection under Swedish law applies and cannot be set aside by these terms.
IMMEDIATE DELIVERY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Delivery is digital content made available immediately after payment through a download link. By accepting these terms you expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately, and you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act therefore ends when delivery begins. The fee is not refundable once the download link has been used.
A technically defective file, or one that does not match its stated specification, is replaced or refunded. Contact hello@northpix.se.
YOUR USE
You confirm that your intended use falls within the licence you purchase. Paid placement in public space, broadcast television, cable, satellite, OTT and streaming, cinema, and physical products or printed goods that are sold require a Custom licence and are not covered by Internal or Commercial.
You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the material as standalone files, and you may not use it for machine learning or artificial intelligence training. The full restrictions are in the Licence Agreement.
PRICES AND VAT
Prices are stated in SEK excluding VAT. Swedish VAT is added where applicable. Reverse charge applies to business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number. Price changes take effect once published.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND LIABILITY
You are responsible for having the equipment and software needed to access and use the files. Northpix's liability is limited as set out in the Licence Agreement.
ERRORS AND DELAYS
We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of technical faults, delivery errors or pricing mistakes.
PERSONAL DATA
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Some data is shared with Shopify to complete your purchase.
PLATFORM
Northpix runs on the Shopify platform. All purchases are made with Brightnest Studios AB. Shopify is not a party to this agreement.
CHANGES
These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on our website and applies to orders placed after it is published.
GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE
Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by Luleå District Court as court of first instance. These terms are provided in Swedish and English. For customers domiciled in Sweden the Swedish version is binding, for all other customers the English version.
