Where can I buy footage and photos from Luleå for an advertisement?
There are two routes, and they solve different problems.

An Internal licence is cheaper but may not be published publicly. It covers internal meetings, training material, intranet and pitch material sent to one named prospective client. If a pitch is approved and goes into production, the Internal fee is deducted from the Commercial licence.
What does it cost?
1 500 SEK for Internal, 3 000 SEK for Commercial, per image or clip, excluding VAT. Volume discounts start at five items in one order: 10 % at five, 15 % at ten, 20 % at twenty, 30 % at thirty.
Both are royalty-free, meaning you pay once and no further payment is due per use, per impression or per print run. One licence covers one item and is granted per item, not per project — you can use the same clip across unlimited projects within the limits above.
What if the material goes on a billboard, on TV or in cinema?
That needs a Custom licence, quoted per use. The test is simple: if you paid someone for the placement — a billboard, a screen in a station or an airport, a vehicle wrap — it is a Custom licence. If it is your own wall, your own screen or your own stand at a fair, Commercial covers it.
Broadcast television, streaming, cinema, and physical products sold to the public also require Custom. Quotes are issued within two working days.
Do I need a dissemination permit for aerial footage of Sweden?
Swedish law requires a dissemination permit — spridningstillstånd — from Lantmäteriet before aerial images and video of Sweden may be published, shared or sold. Processing takes months in high season.
The aerial material in this catalogue has already been reviewed and approved by Lantmäteriet. The review applies to the material itself, not to the buyer, so you do not need to apply for a permit of your own.
Are there model releases for the people in the material?
Yes. All material offered for purchase is cleared for commercial use: where an identifiable person appears.
How quickly do I get the files?
Immediately. The download link is issued on purchase. Payment by card, Apple Pay, Klarna, or invoice for companies and returning customers. Video is delivered in 4K, photographs in high resolution.
