Return and Refund Policy – Northpix

Northpix only sells digital products (images and videos). According to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply after delivery of digital content.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

– Delivery starts immediately after payment

– You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal

– No returns or refunds are accepted once download access is provided

If you did not receive your files or are experiencing technical issues, please contact us at hello@northpix.se and we will assist you.

Exceptions

 

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is faulty or not delivered.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

Under the EU Digital Content Directive, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital goods once delivery has started with your consent. By completing your purchase, you consent to this.
